I am originally from Millerstown, Pennsylvania, and now live in San Diego, California, where I enjoy staying active and being outdoors. With over 12 years of experience in health and fitness, I have worked as a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Health Coach, supporting service members across all branches. Currently, I lead the West Regional Physical Health and Wellness team at Wounded Warrior Project while pursuing a Doctorate in Health Science and Exercise Leadership. My research focuses on reducing musculoskeletal injuries by promoting sleep hygiene, stress management, and injury prevention strategies. Guided by growth, loyalty, and passion, I am committed to making a lasting impact on the health and readiness of the military community.
